Most of the videos I post (both here and on Instagram) show me putting everything I have into the exercise, which is how I always try to approach my workouts. Pushing yourself to your physical limits allows you to not only increase your overall fitness, but helps you achieve higher calorie burns. Going full out, however, also means that you fatigue more quickly. And the more fatigued you are the easier it is to injure yourself. With all my intense workouts, it is super important that I pace myself and back off every so often during my workouts. That’s why I’ve chosen this week’s video even though it doesn’t show me giving 100%. You can see that I’m really taking my time with this combination and that’s cause I’m getting tired. So I took one 60 second round to catch my breath and focus more on form. You can’t always give 100% and I expect to not totally burn out. Somtimes you need to take it easy to be able to come back even stronger.Motivation Monday- keep moving
